Girl sought by FBI found safe

SEATTLE -- A young girl being sought by federal investigators was found safe on Wednesday.

FBI spokeswoman Beth Anne Steele said the girl, whose photo was published yesterday at the agency's request, is living with family in the Northwest.

Authorities released few details about the case other than to say that the girl may have been in danger. Investigators asked for the public's help identifying the girl in the 2006 photographs.
