By Associated Press

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) - A woman's body was found on railroad tracks at Tacoma.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe spokesman Gus Melonas says authorities are investigating whether she was killed by a train or other trauma.

Melonas says the body was spotted by the crew of a freight train at 10 p.m. Thursday at the north end of the Ruston tunnel.

Melonas says seven people have been killed this year on BNSF tracks in Washington.
