Armed robbers hit Redmond convenience store

REDMOND - Redmond police are looking for two men who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint late Saturday.
The store clerk, a woman, said she was working alone in the store, La Comeda, near 16200 Redmond Way when two men came in and confronted her. One of them displayed a handgun. The clerk described the robbers as Hispanic males wearing black masks and jeans. The men forced their way into front counter drawers and fled the store after locking the clerk in the store bathroom. The store clerk was not injured. Detectives are investigating. Anyone with information can contact the Redmond police tip line by calling (425) 556-2581. |
