Luu is accused of taping unsuspecting student athletes in their locker-rooms in Thurston County.

Tumwater police arrested the British Columbia man at a wrestling meet on Wednesday afternoon.

Luu is accused of taking his camera into the boys locker room at Tumwater High School and secretly videotaping the wrestlers in the showers.

"Disgusting, absolutely disgusting," said Tumwater High School athlete Danny Myers.

"I think that's disgusting," said a female athlete who asked that her name not be used. "I think that's really gross that they did that to those boys."

It happened at a wrestling meet at the school. Teams from more than a dozen schools from Western Washington were there for the tournament. Fifteen of the boys were taped in the showers.

"I can't explain how (upset) I am about this," Myers said. "I mean it's my friends in the shower, everybody's friends."

The district says it's a betrayal of trust. "That when you get an adult that comes into an activity like that and tries to exploit young people I think is a tragedy," said Bob Kuehl of Tumwater Schools.

The real concern is what was Luu planning on doing with the images on tape and whether he was planning on posting them on the Internet.

And police believe Luu has been doing this for some time moving around the region. He's from Delta, British Columbia, but videotapes were found in his car from swimming and wrestling events all over the region.

"It's disturbing in that it happened here and perhaps at other locations and we have an unknown number of victims out there," said Tumwater Police Lt. Bruce Brenna. "That's very concerning."

It was a wrestler from Mountlake Terrace who brought this all to a halt. He saw the man with the hidden camera and let the coaches and police know. They came and arrested Luu.

The wrestler said he saw that same man doing the same thing a year ago. He said he didn't know what to do last time and vowed if he ever saw the man again he'd know what to do.

Luu is being held on $750,000 bail.
